  • Focus Group Discussion with Alumni for Drafting Guidelines for Gender Transformative Training
    Held on January 9, 2010

GTZ-CB MoWD has conducted several trainings on gender with Ministry of Women Development (MoWD) and other line ministries to contribute to the process of gender mainstreaming and equality perspective at the policy levels. However, it is vital to note the extent of how much they have been beneficial. For this purpose, a research has been initiated by the project to see where the institutional spaces are formed in gender development and what the issues which restrict it. They emphasized that there is a great need for this issue to be internally institutionalized, make it sustainable and to integrate gender into every aspect. The research report will help the gender trainers and trainees to help understand the gaps and practical implementation of the gender trainings.
